Scope of Services: Samira will provide coaching services in accordance with the coaching package selected by the client. Any additional services beyond the scope of the agreed-upon package will require separate negotiation and payment.

Responsibility: Samira is not responsible for the client's actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the coaching sessions.

Confidentiality: Samira agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the client, including personal, financial, and contact information.

Payment: The client shall pay Samira in full for the coaching package selected before the commencement of coaching services. Payment plans may be agreed upon with Samira, but failure to make timely payments may result in termination of services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: The client must notify Samira with at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. If notice is not provided within the required timeframe, the session will be considered completed, and no refunds will be issued.

Termination: Samira may terminate the coaching agreement at any time if the client fails to comply with the agreed-upon terms and conditions or exhibits behavior that is deemed harmful or disruptive to the coaching relationship.

Limitation of Liability: Samira is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the coaching sessions or arising from the client's participation in the coaching program.

Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Samira is located, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that state.
